Walter Fasen

I would consider my own work and working method as fluid work that starts with a usually simple question. Like my last project where are the stars? I will then try to portray this question in a way that appeals to me visually and makes me enthusiastic to share the work. I also think it is important to leave my work open to interpretation, to make the viewer think and to ensure that those watching can develop their own opinion on a subject. I would also say that there is always some kind of miracle in my work. The not knowing or unknown. the earth, space, our past and our future are my greatest sources of inspiration.
